Philip Glanville is standing as Labour's candidate in the by-election for Mayor of Hackney on September 15th, following Jules Pipe's appointment as Deputy Mayor for planning, regeneration and skills by Sadiq Khan.
After ten years as a Councillor in Hoxton West, and six years as Cabinet Member for Housing and now Deputy mayor, Phil is standing to be Mayor to fight to make Hackney better, fairer and more sustainable.
Join us this Saturday to campaign with Phil, sessions at 11am-1pm and 2pm-4pm.
Meeting in Dalston Square by Dalston CLR James Library, E8 3BQ (next to Dalston Junction Overground Station).
Arrive slightly before at 10.50am and 1.50pm to hear from Phil about his pledges for Hackney, before heading off to speak with residents in the local area.
Afterwards at 4pm we will head to The Three Compasses, 99 Dalston Lane, London, E8 1NH.
