Anntoinette Bramble

Anntoinette Bramble has represented Hackney since 2010 and is passionate about being a Councillor in London Fields. She is immersed in working with and facilitating with the community. Whether that is with residents to secure £50,00 for a natural play area, join parents, carers and children to campaign for school street outside London Fields School, or the £300,000 investment in London Fields Park Anntoinette states “it is a privilege to work on the aspirations of our community”

Anntoinette was born and raised in Hackney where her parents grew up and still live. She is honoured to be Deputy Mayor of Hackney and the National spokesperson for children and young people for the Local Government Association. Some proud moments are pioneering the Diverse Curriculum with 2,000 schools signing up around the world, launching a campaign raising £10,000 for laptops to support digital inclusion, Hackney Young Futures and as Deputy hosting the first afternoon tea for the Windrush generation in Hackney.
