Jessica Webb

Jessica Webb has been a Labour Councillor for Wick Ward since October 2000. She has lived in the ward with her husband for 24 years and their children are now in Mossbourne Academy Sixth Form. Jess has also worked for a trade union since 2005, firstly as their Legal Officer and now as the Equal Opportunities Officer.

On the Council Jess has served on a range of committees over the years, including Corporate, Planning, Standards and Health Scrutiny. As part of the Wick Councillor team she is particularly pleased with steps taken to tackle dangerous driving and to improve our air quality such as turning Wick Road two-way and installing a bus gate in Barnabas Road.

Jessica is a regular attendee at the Hackney Wick Safer Neighbourhood meetings also a member of the London Cycling Campaign, GMB and CAMRA.
