Sam Pallis

Sam Pallis was born and bred in Cazenove ward. He is extremely proud to represent the area where his family has lived for three generations. Since being elected to the ward in 2018, it has been his privilege to work with ward colleagues who are also deeply committed to the Cazenove community. They have raised the most recorded casework of any ward in the borough, fought for the rights of private renters, helped residents facing food poverty and successfully campaigned to save a local community garden.

As a Hackney school governor, Sam has directly witnessed the tireless work of our key workers during the pandemic. He has supported individual residents and community groups throughout this challenging time and is particularly inspired by community-led projects. He has gone out of his way to champion resident engagement on Cazenove housing estates.

A committed campaigner for climate justice, social housing and celebrating the diversity of Hackney, he would be honoured to continue the work the Cazenove Labour team has started.
