Lee has lived in Hackney for 45 years, dual heritage, has spent most of his childhood growing up in Stoke Newington. Lee Has worked in education for 19 years and in those year has been a school’s governor for multiple schools for over 10 years.

He is interested in serving the community and representing ward interests by engaging and liaising with key stakeholders including residents, resident’s associations, local businesses, community organisations, the police, and the health authorities to make a change for the better. In addition, he wants to support local schools and better provisions for young people across Hackney,

As a Councillor Lee will be fair, visible and accessible to all the residents he serves in London Fields and the wider community.
